My purpose is to support women understand their hormones better, to understand the root cause of their symptoms, to know that there is another way to live, to be more connected and in tune with their bodies, which improves all aspects of their life, including their overall health and relationships. Relationships play a huge part in our health, often we find ourselves trying to connect with others and seeking out help from elsewhere , when in fact we need more connection and alignment from ourselves, and when that happens, the relationships around you also improve.
Everyone I spoke to said that this is what it is, I was so exhausted all the time, after my 3rd child I had zero energy to enjoy being a parent.I spent this time obsessing over the scale, weighing everything I ate and yelling at my kids. I just didn't want to live like that anymore, having joined a hormonal rebalance group and then spent a year getting certified as a health coach I am ready to start sharing how I went from survival mode to thriving.

Despite knowing all the tools, I find myself often dysregulated, because of the world we live in. So many conflicts going on and the more I watch, the bigger the impact it has on my subconscious mind and therefore my actions and behaviours. So awareness is key, and the simple steps that I like to practice are deep breathing and vagal toning exercises.
This means finding a movement that you actually look forward to doing. Movement is for physical and mental benefits and since the two are closely connected, the logic is that, if you feel great you will move more, and if you move more you feel great.
